City of Florence Memorial Day Parade, 10 a.m.(meet at truck by 9:30am), Boone County High School, 7056 Burlington Pike, Florence. Parade begins at school and goes down Burlington Pike/KY 18 onto Ewing Boulevard to the Florence Government Center. Program begins at 11 a.m. Dress for weather.
What to wear: Partriotic and Black-n-Bluegrass (if possible). Most skaters and fans wear a BBRG shirt and then mix in Red, White & Blue! Dress according to the weather and skating is always encouraged but not a requirement and there are always some that don’t. Kids under 12 need adult supervision and everyone must listen to the adults during the parade route.
