Wanna be a roller girl for Black & Bluegrass Roller Girls? We are having Bootcamp which begins at 8:00 pm and will end by 10:00 pm (please come 15-30 early to gear up). There is a small participation fee of $5. Tryouts are based on the minimum skill set required by Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). We are primarily looking for skating skills, as well as athletic potential. You must be female and at least 18 years of age to participate.
Tryouts are at Hits, 3785 Lake Park Drive, Covington KY 41017
Make sure to arrive early to get geared up and registered! Skaters must bring their own mouth guard, and plenty of water. If you have your own gear, bring it! (Knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards, skates and helmets will be available for you to borrow if needed but we have a limited supply.) Interested skating and non-skating officials are welcome.
