Each member of the Black-n-Blue Nation is a part of our local community which is filled with great organizations trying to make a difference. We do what we can to help these community organizations make our communities better!

Transform Cincy
Our Big Hits and Big Hearts Campaign will be featuring Transform Cincy on June 4th as our local non-profit as we strive to bring recognition to awesome organizations who support our communities! Transform Cincy works to support transgender and gender non-conforming youth through free wardrobes, support programs, social events, monthly book clubs as well as in-service and volunteer hours. Find out more about this amazing organization at www.transformcincy.org
Transform Cincy serves 6-25 year old trans and gender non-conforming youth and their families by providing free wardrobes with accessories while they are transitioning, weekly programming events, monthly support groups, and advocacy around laws, policies, and access. We also serve LGBQ+ youth and their families by providing access, topics during our weekly programming, a youth council open to trans and LGBQ+ youth, a monthly book club, and in-service/volunteer hours for school and/or other programs.
Mission/Vision
A journey can begin with a single thread. At Transform, we work with transgender and gender non-conforming youth to provide free wardrobes with everything they need head to toe. The destination is yours to create, we are here to help you get started; with free clothing and wardrobe styling.
Transform has a simple goal: Provide free wardrobes, head to toe, for transgender and gender non-conforming youth. Why? Because affirming care is the best way to protect transgender youth. Having a safe space and community center available gives new opportunities for LGBTQ+ youth to make new friends and make a difference in their community. Our recent focus has been expanding our programming to offer community groups and social events. We are passionate about connecting with young people in need and their families to give as much support to vulnerable youth as possible. It’s so much more than just clothes. When one of our clients tries a new item on, and gets to feel more comfortable and joyful in their own skin, that is the transformation we are making.
Destiny Rescue: Saving Children From Human Trafficking
RESCUE THE SEXUALLY EXPLOITED AND ENSLAVED
Destiny Rescue rescues children from red light districts, brothels, and sexually abusive situations.
RESTORE THE ABUSED
Destiny Rescue provides rescued children the intensive care and love they need to recover from the traumatic effects of sexual abuse and sexual exploitation. We provide them with medical help, counseling, schooling, vocational training and all daily needs required to be integrated back into society successfully. In addition, we provide a safe protective place for them to live, grow and experience the unconditional love of God – a place where they can feel valued and esteemed; a place where they can be kids again.
PROTECT THE VULNERABLE
Destiny Rescue offers programs that help at-risk children and families reduce their children’s chances of being sold, lured or trafficked into the sex-trade.
EMPOWER THE POOR
Destiny Rescue believes in empowering the poor and giving them a hand up in life, not a handout. Our philosophy and goal is to help them become self-sustaining through one of our many assistance programs. Simply put, we don’t want to create a welfare system where children and families become dependent on our organization, but rather have a chance to become profitable through hard work and common sense.
BE A VOICE FOR THE VOICELESS
Destiny Rescue is committed to being a voice for the sexually exploited, vulnerable and poor who, in most cases, can’t speak up for themselves. We believe everyone has a right to be heard, especially those crying out for justice. Many times they are overlooked or tossed aside by society, but we are determined to be their voice – motivating and inspiring influencers to get involved and make a difference in the lives of the voiceless.

NECCO is Coming to Town!
The holidays are coming up and what better way to celebrate than to make a difference for children in our area. NECCO is a local foster care agency that provides therapeutic foster care services to over 200 children in Northern Kentucky who have been unable to remain in the care of their families. Each year NECCO tries to deliver at least three presents to each child and sadly, for many of their kids, these presents will be the first Christmas presents that they ever receive. As a non-profit agency we rely heavily on the generosity and support from our neighbors and community to provide for the needs of these kids. The holidays are especially difficult for kids in foster care so please consider bringing a donation to the November 7th bout and help the Black-n-Blue Nation bring some cheer this year to the families of NECCO!
